This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, how we keep it, and the choices you have.
Who this policy covers
This policy covers logisticalforwardingsolutions.com, run by Logistical Forwarding Solutions LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("LFS," "we," "us"). Freight University is LFS's education arm, and some messages sent through this site are received and answered by the same team through Freight University's email.
Last updated: October 2026. If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
What our forms collect
Depending on the form, we ask for some or all of the following. We only ask for what we need to answer you.
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Company name
- USDOT and MC numbers, if you have them
- Your message, and any details you choose to add (for example about a truck, a load or a job you're applying for)
What we collect automatically, and how we use it
Like most websites, the site may record basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and your IP address. We use this to keep the site working, keep out spam and abuse, and understand which pages are useful. The site may use cookies or similar tools for these purposes. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
We use what you send us to:
- respond to your inquiry and talk with you about the services you asked about;
- provide services you sign up for, such as trucking company or freight brokerage development, dispatch, trucking company management, DOT compliance, consulting or managed truck ownership;
- review driver and freight agent applications, including for placement with companies in the LFS network;
- send email updates you asked for or that relate to your inquiry;
- keep records, meet legal obligations, and keep the site and our systems secure.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to run the site and our business:
- with service providers that host the website, store form submissions, and send email for us, who may use it only to perform those services;
- with a trucking company or freight brokerage in the LFS network when your request involves it, for example a driver or freight agent application for placement with that company, or a truck placed with a network trucking company;
- with Freight University, LFS's education arm, when your message is about training or is answered through its inbox;
- when the law requires it, or to respond to legal process, enforce our terms, or address fraud or security issues;
- as part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.
Email updates. If you join an email list or ask for updates, we will send you email from LFS or Freight University. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We may still send you messages about an inquiry or service you are actively using.
Phone calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number and agree on a form to be contacted, you consent to receive calls and text messages from LFS about your inquiry and the services you asked about. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help, or contact us at logisticalforwardingsolutions@gmail.com or 901-205-9679. Consent to texts is not a condition of buying any service.
We do not sell or share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties for their marketing.
How we keep it, and your choices
Form submissions are stored in secure, access-controlled systems, and only people who need the information to do their work can see it. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) on this site. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be accessed without permission, but we work to keep that from happening. We keep information as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete it.
Deletion and other requests. You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email logisticalforwardingsolutions@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy request" and tell us what you want done. We will confirm your request and respond within a reasonable time, and within the time any applicable law requires. We may need to keep some records when the law requires it, such as records tied to a completed transaction or a regulatory obligation.
Some U.S. states give their residents additional privacy rights. We will honor those rights as the law requires.
Children, and how to reach us
This site is for people running or working in trucking businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
