Who we are
This website, logisticalforwardingsolutions.com, is run by Logistical Forwarding Solutions LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("LFS," "we," "us"). "You" means anyone who visits or uses the site.
LFS is a service company. We build and manage trucking companies and freight brokerages for our clients. LFS is not a freight brokerage. Each trucking company and brokerage in the LFS network is a separate business that operates under its own operating authority.
Last updated: October 2026. If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with a new date. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Using the site
You may use this site to learn about LFS and its services and to contact us. When you use it, you agree not to:
- break any law or anyone else's rights;
- send false information, impersonate anyone, or submit someone else's details without permission;
- send spam, malware or anything meant to disrupt the site;
- scrape, copy or collect content or data from the site with automated tools, except as normal search engines do;
- try to get into parts of the site or our systems that are not open to the public.
We may limit or end anyone's access to the site if we believe these terms have been broken.
Information on this site is general
Articles, guides, tools and reports on this site are general educational information. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice, and they may not fit your situation. Federal and state trucking rules change, so check current rules with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and the Electronic Code of Federal Regulations, and talk with your own professionals before you act. Our disclaimer explains this in more detail.
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a request for an offer to buy, any security or investment. Information about managed truck ownership describes a truck management service, which carries business risk. See risks and disclosures.
Services are under separate agreements
Using this site does not create a client, consulting, dispatch, management or employment relationship. Any service LFS provides, including trucking company development, freight brokerage development, dispatch, trucking company management, DOT compliance, managed truck ownership, consulting, and placement of freight agents or drivers with companies in the LFS network, is governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls for that service.
A company in the LFS network is responsible for the operations it runs under its own authority, under its own agreements.
Forms, our content and other websites
Forms and messages. When you send us a form or message, you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Sending a form does not commit you or us to anything. How we handle what you send is explained in our privacy policy. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.
Our content. The text, images, graphics, logos and other material on this site belong to LFS or are used with permission, and are covered by copyright and trademark law. You may read, print or share links to pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell or build products from our content without our written permission.
Other websites. This site links to other websites, including government sites, Freight University and FreightBrokerComplaint.com. We link to them because we think they are useful, but we don't control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices. Their own terms apply when you visit them.
No warranties and limits on liability
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, LFS makes no warranties of any kind about the site or its content, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent the law allows, LFS and its owners, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, that come from your use of this site or reliance on its content. If LFS is found liable for anything related to the site, our total liability is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars. Some states don't allow certain limits, so some of these may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and defend LFS against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable attorney fees, that come from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these terms or the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you agree to those courts' jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
