The Driveway, the Stairs, and the Light
Malibu houses often sit on a narrow approach, a long stair, or a deck that is part of the living room. Tell us the driveway length, the stairs, and any gate code when you request the plan. We will match the van and the timing to that approach.
Art in these rooms is usually large and framed, and the light shows a bad corner. We pad the frame, keep runners down, and place the piece where you want it. Furniture that lives indoors and out needs a note so cushions and finishes are not left loose in the van.
